Founder’s Story
Harsha Malaweera’s story begins in the coastal city of Galle, Sri Lanka, where his natural curiosity about the world led him to question traditional education systems. Instead of following the conventional path, he pursued a career in music. However, his life took a significant turn when he moved to England and eventually founded Success Solutions Global Limited during the height of the 2008 global recession.
Through a series of challenges—starting a business from scratch, navigating economic hardships, and overcoming a debilitating chronic pain condition—Harsha discovered his true calling: helping others unlock their potential. From running a successful cleaning business to creating Success Solutions Global, Harsha’s mission is now to empower people to turn their passions into profitable businesses and lead fulfilling lives.
Discovering His Purpose
As Harsha grew his business and created employment opportunities for others, he reflected on his greater mission in life. He realized that people often have untapped potential, held back by systems that do not support personal growth. This realization inspired him to create Success Solutions Global Limited, a platform to help individuals discover their unique gifts and use them to achieve success.
Overcoming Adversity
Harsha’s journey has been anything but smooth. Battling a chronic pain condition and a financial crisis, he faced numerous challenges. Yet, his resilience, supported by the unwavering belief of his now-wife Michelle, helped him rise above these obstacles. Today, Harsha is dedicated to helping others find their purpose and turn their passions into profitable ventures.
